Does anyone recognize this woman? Her dog (the white one) attacked my dog and me and severely mauled my hand, leaving me with a deep, wide laceration that exposed bone and ligaments, in addition to numerous other cuts and a fracture that will require surgical repair. She refused to give her name or contact info and immediately fled the scene of the attack. Santa Monica Animal Control wants her name and info so her dog can be quarantined for rabies, at a minimum.
