Sitting here going through all the videos/pics of all my clients and memories while organizing my sweet girls nursery and I miss grooming, I miss all my babies soo much. I’m so ready for the day it’s possible for me start back up again. 🫶🏽

Although it pains me to say, and even more so to do- we will still but running until then but will be closing business as of Sept. 1st 2023

With that being said, all of the clients on that first truck that is shut down, will have to be merged with the second truck’s availability. Please keep in mind that the second truck already has its own books and we are working our best to squeeze everybody in. However we also know that with as many clients we have, and continue to receive- fitting in everybody within our time frame is very unlikely. Some appointments will have to be cancelled, we hope that you understand and we apologize for any inconvenience this may bring to you. We are going to keep as many appointments on the books until official closing date.

I appreciate everyone's loyalty and love than has been shown. Over the years I have gotten to know all of you and all of your amazing babies. I am so grateful to have had this opportunity with each and every one of you. Words can't begin to explain how much i'm going to miss every moment and memory that has been created through this experience. 💞🥹

With all contributing factors behind and looking forward- We ask that you guys continue to be patient with us and as flexible as your individual schedules allow you to be so we can get everyone on the books in order for them to be groomed. All appointments will not be able to be taken on, but if your appointment happens to get cancelled, we will give you the heads up prior. If a rescheduled time or day does not work for you- please let us know asap so we can get you a time that does work, and someone else to fill the one that doesn't.

I just wanted to thank everyone for the business over the last couple of years. Y’all made my job so much fun but I’ve decided to go back dental school to chase my dream career. I really appreciate having the opportunity to work with y’all and your fur babies. Y’all are the best. I will miss y’all tremendously.

Happy Saturday!

I just want to remind my clients that from the very beginning, September 2021, I have always and will always operate as a text message only business. This allows me to not only safely answer back in between clients assuring that 100% of my attention goes to the pet in my care, but also allows me to thoroughly keep track of any conversation or inquiry I may have. Because I do operate as a text message only business, I make sure to send out ample notifications. If you are planning to be a latch key client, or have any change to your appointment that is needed, please make sure to let me know before I arrive for your appointment. 🙂

That being said, please take a minute to freshen up on our cancellation/ no show policy. Any appointment that is unconfirmed 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time will be canceled out to avoid cancellation fees. If a confirmed appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. Any confirmed appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or we arrive to your home with no answer after 15 minutes of waiting, 100% of the service fee will be charged to card on file.

If anyone needs me to resend them the digital copy of the my policy/liability waiver form that is signed by every customer, please feel free to text me and I can get it to you.

just wanted to brag on my sweet Bruno 🩵🩵.

Our first groom vs our most recent — From absolutely not being able to touch his legs/feet without him trying to bite my head off to him HANDING me his feet for grooms now is such a huge and rewarding step as a groomer. 🥹 I love gaining their trust and changing the experience for some dogs that’ve had bad experiences in the past overtime.
