Happy Saturday!
I just want to remind my clients that from the very beginning, September 2021, I have always and will always operate as a text message only business. This allows me to not only safely answer back in between clients assuring that 100% of my attention goes to the pet in my care, but also allows me to thoroughly keep track of any conversation or inquiry I may have. Because I do operate as a text message only business, I make sure to send out ample notifications. If you are planning to be a latch key client, or have any change to your appointment that is needed, please make sure to let me know before I arrive for your appointment. 🙂
That being said, please take a minute to freshen up on our cancellation/ no show policy. Any appointment that is unconfirmed 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time will be canceled out to avoid cancellation fees. If a confirmed appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. Any confirmed appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or we arrive to your home with no answer after 15 minutes of waiting, 100% of the service fee will be charged to card on file.
If anyone needs me to resend them the digital copy of the my policy/liability waiver form that is signed by every customer, please feel free to text me and I can get it to you.
