On this day we would like to thank all of the veterinarians that have supported our quest for our pet's health and longevity. Without these awesome doctors we would not know how to care for our pets with all the latest and greatest information and procedures. We were blessed to take over this Woof Gang in Sarasota from Dr Jose Reyes. He was a vet that loved his job and all the dogs!!

There is an enormously large amount of variations with each Pet Groomer/Stylist out there. When choosing one for your beloved pet(s), the cost should only be one of the questions you ask before making an appointment. You should always ask
1. Is this a quantity grooming style or a one on one grooming style?
2. What are your handling policies? Kennels/ Cageless?
3. What is your philosophy on pet care?
4. How do you deal with pet anxiety and fear?
These are just a few that owners should ask. You should treat finding a groomer like finding a good veterinarian, trainer, pet sitter ect. You are trusting this individual with your family members care. Take care to choose wisely one

National Dog Show Day. These dogs hold the integrity of the breeds we love so much. There is so much care and time that goes into owning a showing a dog. Pictures, paintings and drawings from the past show what some of the breed standards were back in the good ole days.

Diabetes is a very serious disease in pets as well as humans. We gladly bring any attention we can to this matter. Some of the signs your pet is diabetic are:

Excessive water drinking and increased urination.
Weight loss, even though there may be an increased appetite.
Decreased appetite.
Cloudy eyes (especially in dogs)
(Chronic or recurring infections (including skin infections and urinary infections)
this list is provided by the American Veterinary Medical Association.

Be sure to keep an eye on some of these symptoms.
