As a reminder, both hospital locations will be closed today (December 25). Bay Road west (1712 Bay Road) will resume operations on December 26th at 7:30am, and Bay Road east (5292 17th street) will reopen on Monday, December 30th at 7:30am.

Bay Road Animal Hospital’s mission is to provide exceptional customer service, by making our pet parents happy and by keeping their pets healthy! Our facilities are equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment from Idexx, including Digital Imaging Systems, Catalyst One Chemistry Analyzers, LaserCyte Analyzers, VetLab Stations, and Ultrasound Imaging Systems. Our experienced veterinarians and technicians are eager to teach and are perfect to learn from, especially for relatively new technicians. We would consider a student in veterinary technician school if the candidate is exceptional. Otherwise, all candidates must have veterinary technician experience (certification is preferred). Starting pay varies based upon technician's skill and experience. 🐾

The ideal veterinary technician should have highly developed skills in anesthesia, dentistry, laboratory, surgery, radiology, pharmaceutical knowledge, and client communication. 🐾
