Recap -Christmas at the Cabin 2024 photoshoot. Can’t wait until next year!

For the second year running we offered Christmas at the Cabin, a dog and family style holiday photoshoot. This year we saw a new place, some new customers, and some returning customers. A great time was had by all kicking off the holiday season.

Marty and I did something a little different today, we wanted to exercise some creativity and make an image, not just take an image. We gathered some victorian era props we and transported them to a location we thought would offer an interesting juxtaposition. After a bunch of takes, testing angles, and placing the hat back on Marty several hundred times were quite happy with our little experiment. Now tell me, would you be interested in a shot like this with your dog?

We took a little drive to with a few today to partake in the Wassail Weekend, what a fun filled day, wish we had more time. This will definitely be a must do again next December.

We will be set up for a unique Victorian style photo opp at Menges & Curtis Apothecary on Thursday evening for the Victorian Street Walk in downtown Saratoga Springs! We’ll be doing photos for dogs or any person dressed in Victorian style attire.
