*ATTENTION CLIENTS* for everyone who has a frozen embryo we need you to sign a “Frozen Embryo Permit Application” this permit is for when you are registering your foals once they have hit the ground. Please complete this form per embryo that will be registered through AQHA, without it you will receive multiple fees and possible issues registering foals down the road.
For AQHA Registered embryos go to https://www.aqha.com/forms-and-resources download sign and send it to AQHA.
As of now AQHA is the only registry we know of with these requirements. Please check your registries of other equine breeds to ensure other rules and permits don’t apply.

Congratulations to Meredith McGarry for the first 2024 ICSI c**t through our program. We feel very privileged to have been a part of every step of the process, from collecting the oocytes, transferring the embryo, all the way to the mare foaling out. We can’t wait to see all our other foals hit the ground!
