Exciting news—we’re hiring! If you or someone you know loves pets, enjoys engaging with customers, and has a knack for social media, this could be the perfect opportunity!

We’re looking for a Retail & Social Media Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fun retail environment, enjoys being on camera, and loves helping pet owners find the best products.

About the Role:
Provide exceptional customer service in-store.
Help pet parents find the perfect products for their furry friends.
Create engaging TikTok content and confidently host TikTok Live selling sessions.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Assist with closing duties at the end of shifts.

What We’re Looking For:
Someone with retail or customer service experience (preferred).
Comfortable being on camera and experienced with TikTok and live selling.
Friendly, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced setting.
Flexible availability, including some weekdays, weekends, and summer availability.
Part-Time Position: 4-10 hours per week
This is a year-round role with 1-2 weekday afternoon shifts and weekend availability required.

Chowderfest is this Saturday!

February 8th from 11-4PM

Chowderfest is this Saturday, 2/8, from 11 AM – 4 PM, and we’ve got something special for the pups! 🐶🍲 Stop by and grab a Pugresso Stew—a delicious, dog-friendly chowder—served in $2 to-go cups so your pup can enjoy a warm treat at home.

If you can't join us for Chowderfest try making our PUG-RESSO STEW at home. Even the picky dogs scarf this one up.

PUG-RESSO STEW

Ingredients:

- 2lbs. lean beef
- 1 C. water
- 2 C. bone broth
- 2 whole sweet potatoes chopped small
- 2 C. carrots
- 1&1/2 C. frozen peas

Directions:

1. Cook beef in a pan with some bone broth until slightly brown

2. Place beef into the slow cooker and cover completely with vegetables, water, and extra bone broth. Cook on high for 3&1/2 hours or 5 hours on low

3. Remove from the slow cooker, stir until evenly distributed

4. Can be refrigerated for up to three days or freeze in single portions

5. BONUS TIPS: Avoid seasonings and adjust liquids for your dog's preferred consistency (ours like it thicker). This can be served as a treat or mix a little into their regular food as a topper.

This special offering is inspired by our beloved Bella, the founding OG of Bella & Lindy. Bella recently passed away, and we miss her dearly. She wasn’t comfortable being around other dogs, so she was never able to visit the store she inspired. To honor her memory, we’ve created this service to ensure that dogs like Bella can enjoy a stress-free shopping experience.

About the Service
Some dogs prefer a quieter, more private shopping environment, and we’re here to make that happen. Our Private Reactive Dog Shopping service offers a peaceful, trigger-free experience for your dog to shop comfortably without distractions.

How It Works
Appointments are available in 20-minute increments.
Choose from two time slots: Friday mornings at 9:30 AM or Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM.
Submit your preferred date via our online request form, and we’ll confirm availability via email.
A brief form will help us tailor the experience to your dog’s unique needs.
Additional Details
All appointments are conducted by the owner.
We kindly request 24-hour notice for cancellations.
Appointments will be canceled if you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notification.
These sessions are offered outside regular store hours to ensure a calm, individualized experience for your dog.

This service is more than just a shopping trip—it’s a tribute to Bella’s memory. We’re proud to provide a safe, welcoming space for all dogs, especially those who need a little extra care. ❤️
