Today, on Giving Tuesday, we’re honoring our founding rescue, Lindy. She was the heart and inspiration behind our boutique, and we miss her dearly every day.
Lindy’s story is one of resilience. Found wandering the streets of Puerto Rico ten years ago, tied to a fence and in dire need of medical attention, she was flown to New York to receive life-saving care. She spent months in the vet hospital battling distemper, and while her survival seemed impossible, she miraculously pulled through. Despite her many medical challenges, Lindy went on to live a long, joyful life, filled with love and care.

In her memory, we want to give other dogs the same chance she had. Today, we’re giving back to the organization that saved Lindy, Save A Sato, which is dedicated to rescuing Puerto Rico’s homeless and abused animals.

Here’s how you can help:
For every purchase of two bags of bulk treats, we’ll donate $10 to Save A Sato. Together, we can help provide medical care, food, shelter, and love to more Satos in need.

About Save A Sato
Save A Sato is a non-profit organization committed to easing the suffering of Puerto Rico’s street dogs. They rescue homeless and abused animals, provide them with medical care, and prepare them for adoption into loving homes through their partner shelters. Their work gives countless Satos a second chance at life.
