Thankful for all of the people and all of the dogs along the way. For all of the memories, and all of the lessons. For the vision, and the inspiration. For the blood, sweat and tears; the highs and lows that made this path distinctively mine. Because what is meant for me will never miss me, and what has missed me was never meant for me.

Sweet dreams are made of puppies 🎶 Every day at the we walk around town- this is a structured training walk where the dogs practice good behavior. We go to our farm for playtime, running in the fields, and more training. And of course, all of the dogs get love and affection ❤️ It’s a day filled with fun, exercise, mental stimulation, growth, and love. These dogs are really living their best lives!!

I can’t believe Theo is 9!!! I mean, first of all he looks like a young pup 😍 but also, it’s so hard to fathom how fast the years fly by!! Not your average dog daycare

There is a lot of training involved throughout our day; teaching dogs how to compose themselves in our world— around other dogs, with humans, on leash, thresholds, crates, play, obedience, around distractions. This is a comprehensive program designed to fulfill your dogs needs and wants 🐶❤️

As Saratoga Dog Walkers, this was our jam for 12 years! It is the single most beneficial activity we can do with a dog. There is so much happening in a pack walk..

I can’t believe I met Dexter when he was just a little pup and HE’S 10 NOW!!! Wow let me tell you, I really cherish this little guy, and I’m so grateful for all of our time together ❤️ This is going to be a great year for sexy Dexy!!

The Social Club Pack, downtown Saratoga Springs. People circling to take pictures, dogs passing by, loud trucks etc. is more than just a walk, more than just play time, more than basic training, more than dog socialization, more than draining energy.

First lineup for our two newbies 🤩🤩

Scout is the chocolate lab in the back row. She’s as sweet as can be, amazing at making friends, and loves to work for food! She’s learning to walk as a follower and not use her weight to go where she wants. Only a few days in but she’s already had a good start with the rest of the training!

Henry is the Sheepadoodle on the far right in the back. He’s a big boy and what an angel he is, so sweet and gentle! He’s always ready to play and everyone loves him. The biggest issue so far is his ability to focus around distractions, so we’re digging into that. He’s also off to a great start with the rest of his training, always happy to work with us!

The top things I look for in a dog jacket.. 1. Easy to take on and off. Zippers are a pain and they tend to come undone when the dogs play! Snap buckles are so much easier. 2. Durability. A tough, weatherproof outer shell not only helps when it’s raining, but will also last much longer and resist rips from dogs, roughhousing and running through the woods, for example. NO VELCRO! Velcro does not stand the test of time. 3. A good fit. Some brands like Hurtta have many size options to fit any dog. You want to pick the size that is nice and snug but offers enough room for mobility. 4. The right coat for the right dog. If your dog already has a nice double coat and your temperatures don’t get too extreme. You may only need something light for when it’s wet out or a little extra warmth when it’s frigid. If your dog just has a short single coat and it gets very cold where you live, you’re going to want something thicker and with more coverage (chest and legs should be covered in extreme examples of cold intolerant dogs) Just like humans, you may want a variety of jackets for different occasions. A raincoat, a spring jacket, and a winter jacket. Undercoats and sweaters are a good option for layering as well. Questions? ⬇️ #dogjacket #dogcoat #pinkpupsocialclub
