CONGRATS to Ranger, a super sweet puppy and our September Pet of the Month winner!! 🥳❣🐶 From Ranger's Dad:
Ranger is a four month old Labrador/Pit Mix! He was born in Alabama in June of 2024 and left his siblings to make the long trip up to Vermont to meet his forever family. Ranger was adopted by a very loving family and now has three young kids to run around and play with! He loves spending time outside, playtime, naptime, other animals, and his family. He's doing very well with puppy training and is learning how to be a best buddy to his human siblings. ❤

Did you know that we have a cozy waiting area set apart for the comfort of our feline patients? 🐾😸🐾 Cats experience unique stressors when coming to the vet, such as the carrier, car ride, and the scent/sight other animals. While we strive to have our patients enter an exam room immediately after arrival, a private waiting area when needed can reduce some of that stress and help your cat have a MUCH happier visit! 🫶😻⭐️

Here's sweet Journey's touching story from her mom: Journey’s Journey

Journey was born in the shelter and spent 15 months there before we adopted her a couple of months ago. At first, Journey was not used to in-town life and was very fearful on our walks with all the sounds, traffic, people (especially men), and tiny humans. We persisted and since then we have walked over 230 miles together. We love our ‘walkies’ now! She is coming into her own, showing her enthusiasm for other dogs and really wants to chase bunnies! She is finally bonding with Daddy who turns out to be not such a scary guy especially since he gives her lots of ear scratches and back rubs. Journey is sweet, great in the house, on the leash, and just needs love and patience to continue to blossom into the dog she was meant to be!

We are celebrating you, Journey, and hope you enjoy your special month!! 😘
