This sweet old man is the perfect example of follow the dogs cues! His mom has struggled to find someone who feels comfortable grooming him because he is an grumpy old man but he has let me complete his groom multiple times now! We know his haircut is not going to be perfect but I take my time go slow and have a lot of patience and this guy comes out feeling so much happier afterwards he always struts his stuff around the yard after getting groomed! His mom doesn’t have to worry about some thing bad happening at the groomers because they are pushing him past his comfort level and stressing him out and it makes me so happy to be able to be the person he can slowly start to trust!
