Saucier Veterinary Hospital Our doctor, Dr Ann, has over 28 years of experience with large animals, dogs and cats, and don’t forget the wonderful exotics.

We’re open 6 days a week to serve you.  Our focus at Saucier Veterinary Hospital has always been quality. We have always tried to put the animal's health and care first, while giving the family as much education and help as possible. We have been serving the Saucier area and theGulf Coast for many years, always finding new ways to make the care more affordable and payment plans second to none in

the area. There are virtually no type of animal we do not care for. Dr. Askew focuses on exotic birds, lizards, snakes, small mammals,primates, and wildlife. Dr. Ann cares for horses, goats, pigs, and together they both care for dogs and cats. They have both been working at this hospital since 1997. There is a full staff of technicians, receptionists, and groomers that are ready to help with questions, scheduling, payment options, and advice Monday thru Saturday. We refer our after hour emergencies to the Emergency Hospital in Woolmarket. We offer boarding for both healthy and special needs babies. Our staff conducts a physical exam daily for all patients and boarders. We have groomers available by appointment . Or extensive in house laboratory offers cbc, multiple chemistry panels, urinalysis, cytologies, thyroid testing, blood sugar monitoring, and emergency monitoring. Our full surgery suite is fully equipped with pulse oximetry, ecg, electrocautery, orthopedic equipment, flexible and rigid endoscopy, and dental equipment. We carry most familiar brands and products, such as Advantage multi, Frontline Tritak, Trifexis, Comfortis, Capstar, Interceptor, Sentinel, and many others. Our hospital as a whole takes much time to help educate our clients on current medications, disease processes, payment options, zoonotic hazards, treatment options, and other difficult decisions. Our patients, and our clients, become a part of our family.

Please keep in mind that animals can carry illnesses and diseases that are not yet obvious,
bringing in an unvaccinated animal into a hospital for routine care, boarding or grooming, can pose a risk if we do not ensure that all of our patients are vaccinated and parasite free.
Our policy includes f***l exam, rabies, dhlppc, and Bordetella vaccinations, we administer a capstar for all patients who are being dropped off for any service.
Please understand this is why we request records if an animal is coming in for these services, we request to get them up-to-date prior to or at that visit.
We know that this can become a financial burden, therefore
we do offer different payment plans to help with the cost.
We must ensure that all babies go home, healthy and safe.
