I hope everyone had a very merry Christmas.
The shop will be closed until January 2nd. I will be spending this time finalizing schedules for the new year and spending time with family.

I will be popping in tomorrow from 10:30-2 and will be available for nail trims. Please message or text top dog for a scheduled time.

Hello to my wonderful clients! I have a very big announcement to make! After a long period of soul-searching I have made the difficult decision to step away from Top Dog. Grooming here in Saugatuck has been one of the greatest joys of my life and I have loved getting to know so many wonderful dogs and people from this area. I’ve enjoyed every minute of it and am going to miss you all so very much. It’s going to be especially hard to say goodbye to all my doggy clients, many of whom I have been grooming for over a decade. This is a very emotional journey for me but I am excited to explore the next chapter of my life!

The good news is there is a wonderful groomer stepping in that I can’t wait for you to meet! Here’s a cute photo of her family and a nice message from her:

I've been dedicated to the art of grooming since 2015 and embarked on my entrepreneurial journey, operating from my own home, since 2018. In addition to my professional life, I am a wife and a proud mother of two wonderful children. In my leisure time, I love spending time outdoors and cherish moments spent with my family.

I know once you and your pets have a chance to meet Whitney you will love her and will be as excited as I am for her in taking on this new venture!

You will still see me if you come to the shop in the next couple of weeks as Whitney and I are working together to make this transition as smooth as we can for everyone. The grooming schedule has not changed and all of your scheduled appointments through the end of the year are still on the books.
