students & parents:

i’m wildly aggravated at the rate of DAY OF cancellations due to, in your own words, weather, being tired, having other things at home to do, your kid is in trouble, etc..

cancellations are expected & excused if you or your child are sick or the weather is so bad your car can’t make it here, aka snow.

beginning August 1st i will be strictly enforcing the monthly subscriptions for ALL clients. (if you feel as if you are excused from this, you are not.) however many lessons you’d like to have in a month is due on the 1st of each month. if it’s not paid on or before the 1st, you or your child will not be participating in lessons that month, my time needs to be taken seriously. if you decide to cancel there will be one opportunity that fits both of our schedules to make up that lesson otherwise it will be forfeited. lessons here are not just about riding, so “it’s raining” or “it’s too hot” will no longer be acceptable excuses to cancel. i have snacks & drinks in the lounge if it is hot! come bathe a horse, bring your kid to sit on a barrel & learn to balance better, clean some tack & learn what each piece is & what it does. there is so much more to the horse world than just riding!

I apologize for any inconvenience this creates for any of you, but last minute cancellations have been extremely frustrating as there have been multiple times i have had a horse tacked up & ready only for the lesson to be cancelled. there have been times that i have rearranged my day completely FOR YOU, only for the lesson to be cancelled. i love all of my clients & lesson students, but i need my time to be respected & appreciated. please feel free to message me with any questions or concerns, & for information on how to pay for subscriptions moving forward. ❤️🐴
