What an amazing Farm Animal Day at the farmers market! So many smiling faces!! Couldn’t have done it without my amazing volunteers!! The Wento and Brunson clan, Avery Daughtrey, Makayla Rafferty, Brian Madsen and Sue and Charly Edmunds!! Everyone made my life so much easier today!! And a shout out to Mirabellas for feeding us!! Can’t wait for next year!!

Hello Hope Farm Freinds!! We are in need of some volunteers to help work at Saugerties Farmers Market’s Farm Animal Day!! It is on August 31st from 10-2. I’m also trying to find someone who would be able to run a hay ride for the kids. This is a fun, free event for all who attend! Any and all help is appreciated!! Thank you!

Hope Farm summer 2024. We are incubating eggs, played with animals, went for rides, created costumes, watched movies(rain day) and dug holes for our garden fence. Another week of fun!

More farm fun! We brought some animals to a petting zoo for an enrichment program at the high school, filled hay feeders, rode the hay, and created rockets out of tape and cardboard. Everyone had fun along the way!! ❤️🐐🐷🐰🐴❤️

Offering child care for Elementary aged children from June 28-August 30th. I will only be taking a very limited number of kids from 7am-5pm. PM to inquire availability and pricing.
We will be feeding and caring for the animals, doing clean-up, gardening crafting and playing!! PM for price and availability.

We finally had enough grass to move my front yard babies to the back! With Sesame being blind, I wanted to be sure to have high fences for his protection. I can actually keep a better eye on them now than in the front yard. They are loving their new home!! ❤️🐐❤️

The support, love, treats and flowers in memory of my sweet boy have brought me to tears these past few days! I have enjoyed reading all of your posts and it means so much that the 3 day old throw away calf from a dairy farm could have brought so much happiness and joy. The pain of loss is worth it to have experienced such love!! Thank you all!!

This is one of the hardest posts I’ve ever had to make. There is a huge hole here on Hope Farm that cannot be filled. We lost our bestest boy Sven this past Tuesday. I cannot put into words how much we loved him and how much he loved us!! When you take in the old and sick, sometimes loss happens more often than anyone would want but, this loss is one of the hardest. He wasn’t sick. One day he just seems to have not woken up. For that, I’m grateful! There was no suffering. But, he’s going to be hard to move on with out. Thank you to everyone who loved and appreciated my big, beautiful boy. Sven, it was an honor to be your person!!
