With kids potentially home on Thursday and some very slushy mud conditions, our AKC Fit Dog walking class will be pushed back a week. Let me know if you want to get in on the action! If I don't get anyone on the roster for the 6 week session, then this class may change to a drop in course. Lots of tips on loose leash walking, and some good exercise for you and your pup! Thursdays 9:30-10:30

Also announcing a small group walking class for REACTIVE dogs Thursdays 10:30-11:30. This class will only take 4, and I'll be there to help you get control of dogs who have big feelings or high prey drive who are difficult to go in public with.

I hope everyone is having fun today!! At my (Gabby's) house we have big GSD Archer, black GSD Corvus, tricolor BC Jones, ancient basset hound Hoover, deaf dalmatian Neon, tricolor aussie Blaze (who usually lives at the Cornelia Fire Station), and board and train Doberman Rip! Now show off your snow photos- I can't be the only one with red mud stains lol.

Coming Tuesday 10am- NEW Manners 101
Go to your place/bed is just one of the things we teach in Manners 101! We also work all the basics- leash walking, eye contact, sits, downs, stays, door manners, come when called, no jumping/mouthing, self control around food and other dogs. The course is 5 weeks for a one time fee of $130, and it can be repeated for free for practice for the lifetime of the dog you paid for!
Video is of board and train Stella, a 15 week old cocker spaniel puppy who stayed with me for about 2 weeks.

I have an arctic wonderland set up in my downstairs right now, because what better way to use the polyfill from an old couch before it all goes to the dump? Certified airscent K9 Jones found the kids no problem buried under the "snow", in the tent, in the closet...until kid wrapped in a blanket in a box won hardest search of the area!

NEW Holiday Manners clinic coming Tuesday 17th 12-2pm. If you couldn't make our Thanksgiving opportunity, don't miss out this go around on a chance to practice self control around guests, house manners, and food.

Meet us at Pitts Park tomorrow (Thursday) 10:30-11:30am for Shannon's Urban Agility drop in class- cost is $30

Beginner Urban Agility drop in this upcoming Thursday 10:30am at the Hardman Farm trail (meeting on the Helen side parking lot). $30 per dog. RSVP for more specific directions. This is going to be an awesome class for fully grown, uninjured dogs over 12 months old. They'll get good exercise while working their brains! Targeted exercise helps strengthen small muscle groups and prevent injuries while building confidence. Come join us!

Join us TOMORROW 10-11am for $25 per dog for a Halloween confidence boosting puppy social hour! We'll have another Puppy Social this upcoming Tuesday 11:30am-12pm (updated time) Vaccinated, friendly dogs welcome to just drop in- no reservation needed
