Just a friendly reminder that my salon is a low stress and relaxed one on one salon. This means I groom ONE dog or ONE family at a time. When you book an appointment I cannot take anyone else at that same time.

I feel like all my current customers love appreciate and value that your dogs are my main focus and get the attention and time they deserve without the noise chaos and rush of having multiple appointments at one time.

This means if you don't show up or cancel last minute I need to charge you for your visit or I cannot continue to run the salon like this or worse I cannot stay open for business any longer. I simply lose the money I was going to make from your visit and cannot put someone in your place on short notice.

Cancelations last minute (less than 24 hours) or not showing for your appointment fees will need to be paid before your next visit. I hope you can all understand alot of hair salons, massage therapist, doctors offices and veterinarians now also have the same policy as well.

Miss Coco is a regular I haven't seen in a minute since I moved but she's back! This video just shows with consistency and routine grooming how used to the process and comfortable dogs can be!

I actually did hand dry Hampton a little before this video and he did well but I don't like to push dogs and we want them to be as comfortable as possible. I know I do not know it all but I can say the way we schedule and designed the salon leaves the dogs much calmer and happier than alot of their previous experiences. Positive atmosphere and reinforcement!
