Miss Coco is a regular I haven't seen in a minute since I moved but she's back! This video just shows with consistency and routine grooming how used to the process and comfortable dogs can be!

I actually did hand dry Hampton a little before this video and he did well but I don't like to push dogs and we want them to be as comfortable as possible. I know I do not know it all but I can say the way we schedule and designed the salon leaves the dogs much calmer and happier than alot of their previous experiences. Positive atmosphere and reinforcement!
