Big shout out to Team Eastside and GRRR🙌🙌❤️

It was all smiles today for nine year old Peanut and seven year old Lilly as they had their intake exams at Eastside Veterinary Hospital. All vaccines were given, Heartworm tests were negative and we have Lilly scheduled for a dental and spay and Peanut scheduled for a dental. Thank you to Dr. Becker and team Eastside for a great visit today!

Meet Bonnie and Jessie with GRRR who are the sweetest pair of dogs and are looking for their last stop loved. GRRR rescued the youthful senior girls from a shelter in Bartow County and transported them to Savannah. GRRR has successfully treated Jessie for heartworm disease as well as fully vetted both girls in preparation for a loving forever home. They are sweet, affectionate, interact well with other dogs and would make the perfect addition to any family and home. We are working with a family on rehoming three year old Ace. Due to military relocation, Ace will need an incredible new loving home. This loving Terrier is used to being adored, sitting on the couch with his person to watch a movie and sleeping in the bed with his person. He loves to go on walks. He does not like being crated so we want to ensure a new family does not using a crate as a training tool or a place to stick your dog when you leave the house. He loves attention from other dogs and people and is up-to-date on immunizations. GRRR has scheduled him for neuter in the next few weeks. Dear sweet Henrietta:
It was with incredible joy that we rescued you on Saturday from the CCAS Shelter. You were found wandering the streets by a kind soul named Julie, went through your stray hold and then on to live with Micah your incredible foster mom. We knew your days might be short but wanted you to spend them as your best life ever. While we never imagined the days might be just five, we were all gathered around you yesterday with Dr. Becker as we discovered that the ravages of your medical challenges were not going to allow you to survive. You were surrounded by loved as you passed on to a place where there is no pain or unhappiness. Thank you for touching our lives and allowing us to touch yours. Your days with us were short but you shall be forever in our hearts.

Three year old Olive was rescued by GRRR right before New Years from CCAS. Yesterday she had a great intake exam at Eastside Veterinary Hospital as we ready her for her forever home.
