Rocky was given up for adoption by persons unknown when he was just a year old. As fate would have it, however, he was adopted not long afterwards, becoming the first dog in history to work for the Tybee Island Police Department. While serving as a Public Relations K9, Rocky has brought joy to thousands of people across the world, earning several awards and gaining minor celebrity status in the process.

In just over a month, he’ll be 5 years old. As luck would have it, he’s also incredibly close to 5,000 Facebook followers. So, in order to honor Rocky and help spread his special story, we’re launching the “ ” initiative. The goal is to reach 5,000 followers before his 5th birthday on March 14th. That’s where YOU come in! Every “follow” and “share” matters. With your help, we can Rock on! 🤘
