Happiest of Birthdays to our sweet little Jośe 🎉🎉

A little history behind this sweet boy. A few weeks ago he came in to see us not feeling great and it turns out he has a bleeding splenic mass. But after treatment and starting a medication called Yunnan Bayao, one of our many traditional Chinese medications that we use here Jośe is feeling much better and is around to celebrate his 12th birthday this year! 🥳

A little bit about Dash..
Dash is a very affectionate and playful male, short hair gray tabby kitten. He is about 4 months old and looking for a loving home, preferably with other pets, or someone seeking a companion cat. He is very social and good with both cats and dogs. He loves to be held and snuggle, with either a human or a pet friend. He has an adorable personality and makes cute little chirping noises when he is playing, and he loves Churu treats! He will make a great pet!

This sweet little pup is Jack Johnson. The picture on the left is what he looked like when he first came to see us after his owner picked him up from the humane society. He unfortunately had scabies which is a parasitic infestation caused by tiny mites.
But with the proper treatment and the love of his new owner he now is happy and healthy! Pictured on the right from his exam with us today 💙

We are so happy that Jack is in great hands and on the road to a healthy life 🐾🐶

Sweet Simon here came to us this morning for a healing hotspot on his neck and some mild dermatitis on his paws. Making him the perfect candidate for some laser therapy to help promote healing and ease any pain and inflammation he might be experiencing in his paws. 🐾💕

Sunny got some swim lessons in today during pool time 🌞🏊

It’s Thursday! So that means it’s time for some therapy Thursday😊 For today’s therapy session we have little Oakley Lasky. Oakley started to slow down with age and became more painful when doing daily activities. We decided to start him on the new drug Librela. Ever since starting the Librela last month Oakley’s owners have see a big difference in his activity level. “He’s running and jumping around just like he’s a puppy again” -Daryl Lasky What is Librela? Librela is a medicine used for the alleviation of pain associated with osteoarthritis in dogs. It’s helps by Turing off the pain receptors in the brain. Unlike daily oral pain medications used to treat OA pain, Librela is a monthly injection that provides long-lasting control of OA pain. #thearpythursday #librela.
