Just like Dolly Parton's song, A Coat Of Many Colors, such is the variety of a Cairn's coat. Made with love🥰

Mollie was a red brindle and is now a silver brindle
Mugzi is a red wheaten/red, depends on the season
Mort is a black/dark brindle
Dulsie is a silver brindle
Bailey is a red brindle
Roodi is a dark/rich red
Bella started as cream but seems to be getting more of a red cast to her, we'll see!!

While I love all of our little bodies, I am quite fond of the rich red on Roodi!

What are your favorite coat colors?

6 weeks old today!! We love to run and play!! We prefer to eat the dry puppy kibble instead of the softened version. We have found our bark and love to announce anyone coming in the front door. They still aren't too sure about the toys but love my pants legs and socks🤣. They will come when I tap my fingers and say puppy, puppy, puppy. So much fun!!!

4 weeks old today!! We are a bouncing and playing, growling and barking, curious about everything. This week we'll introduce soft foods, play time out of the pen, first round of wormer and finally a photo shoot. The boys are available, please reach out if interested!!

We are moved up to the living room!! Hard to believe they are 3 1/2 weeks old already!! Hoping to get individual pictures later today, time to get their families figured out!!

3 weeks old!! They are up and toddling around. Growling and play are beginning so they will be moving into the main part of our home this week, so that they become familiar with all the sounds and routines. I will also try to get some individual pictures. Let the fun really begin!!!

Busy little bodies!!

Bailey and the little chunks 😍 Hard to believe they will be 3 weeks old tomorrow!!

This is my favorite age. They are starting to move more and figure out how to play. Miss Purple, has a family and they have named her Ivy❤️. I have a family thinking about Miss Yellow so that leaves the two boys looking for their family. They will be ready to leave me the end of January. Please reach out if interested!!

This guy, he is always near me, and never remembers that personal space is a thing. I can't decide if he's a wookie, snuffleupagus or Tigger, but I guarantee that whatever he is, he isn't missing a thing going on around him. Nosey, playful, bouncy, and the craziest hair I've ever seen on a Cairn!! Roodi is certainly one in million❤️

Dulsie really loves Dad. He's the marshmallow of the house and they all know it

AKC Boston and Cairn Terriers

We have always had dogs, as pets and as working stock. I grew up on a farm and my dad raised dogs and I have carried on that passion. We had Boxers for years and after the kids all left the nest, decided we wanted the boxer look but in a smaller form. Little did we know that with that decision, we would learn to love these as if they are our own kids. They live with us and keep us active! Also, I always wanted a Cairn so four years ago I decided I had waited long enough and of course, you can’t have just one! So now my hubby and I live with 4 Boston’s and 2 Cairn’s and can’t imagine life without them! We only raise one litter a year and are very careful in their care and placement. The puppies don’t go outside until they are ready to go to their new homes. They will have 2 rounds of shots and up to date on wormer as well. They will have a small bag of food that they are fed so that you have time to adjust to a new food if you desire. We went grain free with our adult babies about a year ago and that is how we feed our babies as well.
