We provided a spa day for Casey today, an elderly gentleman who expressed reservations about his face, head and feet being touched. However we took it slow with plenty of breaks 🥰 resulting in only minor grumpiness from him despite Santa's watchful eye ensuring good behavior during grooming session.🎄
