Anyone of my musher friends in the Lakes region not going to the trade fair this weekend wanna help me run dogs??
Also anyone in the Lakes region are interested in mushing would love to find a helper (strictly volunteer) as a handler to help me run dogs!? Would be paid with experience in handling dogs learning how to run them ECT...PM with any questions!

A couple of months ago I noticed Sage's gate a little off and recently I have noticed her having little trouble getting up stairs. Sage has had the summer off with little running last season as the lack of snow. So to be safe I took Sage into MVMC rehab to have Dr McNamara take a look at her. Results are slight arthritis on the right knee and iliopsoas dysfunction which makes sense where it's causing restrictions for her. So this morning she started physical therapy this morning she will have a few sessions and see how she does in a few weeks with a combination of at home massage and exercises. Send some positive vibes to Sage so we can get her back to what she loves to do, running!

Trying to feel more at ease within myself and this place. The only person that is going to truly show up for yourself, is yourself!!!

I've had a lot going on, on top of trying to get settled in the new place. Today I decided to get my 2 biggest trouble makers lately out while the morning was still a little cool and take a short walk to explore the trails that leave right from the driveway! I definitely had no idea these existed when we were looking at the property! Freya and Summit

Last night was a long night for us and some of the dogs, 3 not feeling so well with upset stomachs/digestive stuff up and out for most of the night. Today will be a rest day for them and me deep cleaning. Woke up to a mess in Sages crate, Summit made a few messes around the house and Sunny was the loudest and got me up every time she had to go out. Hoping to keep a head of it especially with the heat coming? How are you guys preparing for the heat with your dogs?

Hello all followers, the page has been a little silent for a while with the exception of a few birthday posts, but for all very good reasons!!

Sharing some exciting news the kennel, dogs and the humans have relocated to a much larger space house wise and acreage wise, will share a lot more updates along the way as things settle but for now enjoy some pictures of some of the dogs enjoying the new and larger dog yard area. If anyone lives in a rural/wooded area and could share their go to for controlling the ticks in the yard I would love to hear it. Dogs are in monthly prevention and every time they go out are checked for ticks in the daily routine and finding that I am constantly picking the ticks off the dogs. Would be nice to have a safe for the dogs barrier in the yard to keep them at bay..

And while I have everyone's attention if you could do me a huge favor and share the kennel page so our audience builds, I am trying to get the page to a point where we can participate in the Facebook performance bonus as any little help towards the cost of the dogs help.
