Scarborough Animal Hospital is thrilled to announce that we are now a PAWrtner Clinic with the Paisley Paws Charitable Veterinary Foundation! Through this partnership, we are building a fund to support pets needing a life-saving treatment/surgery they cannot afford.
โ€ข Clients can contribute easily by adding a special donation item to their invoice.
โ€ข For those who prefer a tax-deductible donation, written forms are available at the front desk.
โ€ข Every dollar donated stays local and is matched at 20% by Paisley Paws, making your gift go even further.

It's getting chilly! ๐ŸฅถCold weather can affect your pet's joints, skin, activity, and routines. Here are a few tips to prepare your pet for wintertime:
- Provide a warm and cozy space off of the floor and away from drafts
- Sweaters or jackets are great for short-haired, small or senior pets
- Limit your pet's time outside in the extreme cold
- Some pets' nutrition needs might change during the winter. Talk to your vet if you think this might be the case.
