Amy has been grooming since 1989. She went to the New York School of Dog Grooming in 1991 and she worked for a nationally certified master groomer for almost 13 years prior. At Waggin' Tails, we pride ourselves on having a clean and open home environment, which pleases our customers and their pets as well. We use only the top of the line shampoos. All of the shampoos that we use are all natural an

d hypoallergenic (including flea shampoo). We do not use flea dips because they are toxic and can make your pet sick, even if used properly. We also offer medicated shampoos and oatmeal baths.

About us

Waggin’ Tails Grooming owner, Amy Ranucci, began her career as a groomer in 1989. She trained with a certified master groomer for over 12 years during which time, she attended the New York School of Dog Grooming in New York City. She brought her skills and talent to Rotterdam and opened Waggin’ Tails on Dodge Street, Rotterdam, in 2002.
