Update: This girl still is at the vet clinic waiting for someone to give her a home. Can anyone help her ?
This 6 year old spayed girl was brought to the vet clinic. They could no longer keep her and asked the vet clinic to euthanize her, but the clinic asked us if we might have someone who could take her and give her a home or at least a foster home, for now.
If anyone can take in this girl, either to adopt, or foster, please let us know!

We received a request from our good friend at San Marcos shelter to help with these two little ones. They don't know what to do with the gruel yet. They just walk around in it. Can somebody syringe feed them
or does anyone have a nursing mama that could help these babies until they get to that stage? They're probably about three weeks old so pretty close to eating at least gruel.

Update! We had someone offer to take in all 8 to care for, but they will not be back in town until Saturday. Is anybody able to take in some of these babies just from Tuesday until Saturday, please?

We have a unique situation that just arose.
If you remember the plea that went out a few weeks ago for the cat that had to be on meds and couldn’t nurse her kittens, and we had someone offer to bottlefeed her eight kittens?
The lady who has the kittens now, bless her, has had something arise with her sickly mother in another state and has to leave town.
The kittens are probably on the last week of just bottle/syringe feeding. She’s working on starting them on gruel today to see how they do.
It’s also more like every six hours now, instead of every two or three, that they need feeding. They have done well, they are going potty on their own so don’t need help with that. But, these kittens need a place to go.
We understand, asking someone to take 8 is a lot so they can be split up. Preferably no singletons being left alone, since that’s hard on them at this age. They cuddle and play and learn a lot from just being together.
Please let us know and share as needed!
We really need a solution by tomorrow (Tuesday) at the latest.

If you recall the post that was desperately sent out a few weeks ago, for the 8 new babies who needed immediate bottle feeders. We were so happy to receive such quick responses for help!
We have three from that litter who need another place to go, as the lady who has them now has had a change in circumstances.
The VERY good news is they have been thriving and doing wonderfully in their foster home. They will be four weeks old tomorrow and they are now being fed / eating every 5 to 6 hours so nothing like the 2 to 3 hours when they’re newborn!
They will be transitioning to gruel very soon and can be started to be introduced to that now.
Does anyone have space to take in these three purring playful cutie pies to bottle feed/transition over to kitten food?
As always, we provide formula and bottles/syringes to feed them, as needed and provide any medical care as they grow until they are ready for shots and surgery, and are ready to be adopted.

Hello to all of our cat lovers!
A kind Lady who has been supportive of our group, but is highly allergic to most cats, said this wonderful boy showed up at her door. He’s too special to ignore. She has made an appointment at her veterinarian to have him neutered and vaccinated and everything else done this coming Wednesday.
However once it’s time to pick him up on Wednesday, she has no place to keep him other than put him back outside.
We have our New Braunfels Petsmart adoptathon coming up Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
If anyone could keep this boy contained in a bedroom/bathroom/even a large cage, while he recovers for a couple of days, he could be brought to this Petsmart event , and potentially be adopted. If not adopted, we can maybe, if there’s space, work him into one of the cages either at Petsmart or Petco.
We do have a large cage we can loan you if needed.
Does anyone have space to house this boy for just a couple of days starting Wednesday late afternoon? I would’ve taken him in myself, but all my cages are full, all my bathrooms are full of foster kittens and their mamas, and recovering Ferals.

The people that have them cannot keep them or care for them any longer. They’re eating wet food, are litter box trained, and used to being played with and cuddled. If anyone wants to help these cute little darlings, please let us know! 😻💜😻💜😻💜😻

There are actually five kittens in need although only four are pictured here. The kind woman who rescued them cannot have animals where she lives.
Can anybody help these babies by fostering them? They can eat solid food, so no worries about bottle feeding or needing a mama cat.
As always, we cover all Vet bills and right now we can provide food and litter as well.
