Important Policy Updates Regarding COVID19.

As always Schoharie Valley Veterinary Clinic is focused on the health and safety of our patients, our clients, and our staff. Due to the recent substantial increase in positive COVID19 cases in and around the county, and in accordance with recommendations from the American Veterinary Medical Association, SVVC is taking the following steps to help manage the COVID19 emergency:

1. In an effort to protect our staff and clients we are now returning to curb side assistance. Please call us at 518-827-8600 when you arrive and a staff member will check you in and then greet you at your vehicle to bring your pets into the clinic.

2. If you are sick or have a known exposure to COVID19 please call our office at (518)-827-8600. Our receptionists are happy to assist you in rescheduling your appointment. We ask that you return to wearing a mask when greeted by the staff in the parking lot and in your vehicles. If for any reason you are required to come into the office, masks are and will be required.

3. If you need to pick up food or medications, please call us to pay over the phone. Please call when you arrive and we can bring the items out to your vehicle.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. The reinstatement of curbside service is done solely for the health and safety of our staff and you, our valued clients. We will keep you updated with any changes as we will continue to monitor the situation and follow best practices for the SVVC Community. Thank you for your understanding during these crazy times.
