Due to the weather threat for Friday we are going to go ahead and close for grooming. Both of us live on the mountain and aren’t wanting to chance coming into work so in that case, Friday we will be at home making snow angels (hopefully). Everyone stay safe and stay off the roads if you can!!! ☃️❄️

Hello everyone, back in April we made a post about our new regulations. It was going good for awhile but now we feel as if we are being taken advantage of. We have tried a few different things like reminder calls/texts, sent out texts when asked and we also give cards out of your appointments, we are always just one call away to check on your appointment time if you know it’s coming up.
•Starting immediately•
For every no call no show you will be penalized and required to pay a fee at your next appointment, after that in order to book another appointment you will have to pay 50% (non-refundable) down when booking (will go towards your appointment if shown up). We really hate to do this to everyone but this is our income and this is how we make a living. We are truly thankful to all our awesome clients but we take pride in our job. Feel free to ask us any questions you have, on messenger or call us at 256-259-1000 (ext.1)
