AND JUST LIKE THAT…IT’S COMPLETE! (Next one - February 22 & 23, 2025). Such a pleasure to host a wonderful group of Competitors, your support of our show is so very much appreciated! A very BIG “Thank You” to our Judge Ellie Stine Masek, Technical Delegate Lorre McGee and our Show Secretary Greystone-Dressage KimCarpenter. Our volunteers were AMAZING in keeping our show running smoothly—we could not have pulled it off without you! Congratulations to Kristina Vahe who won the raffle. Thank you Cavaliere Couture Lela Alice for your amazing sponsorship! Danna K Johnston generously sponsored our 2 High Point Awards (Training-Fourth & FEI) - with Cyndi Jackson winning both riding Fanfare owned by Christopher Brusnighan - 72.361 and Florisson owned by Ann Damiano - 71.087. Our portable barn stalls arrived and are going up as this is being typed! We will have electric for your fans if it happens to be a warm October weekend. Trainers feel free to bring your tent to set up on either end of the barns to relax and enjoy your day with clients and friends. Meet the Trainer - We at Bar A Ranch are very proud to have Kristina Vahe as one of our dressage trainers.

From a very young age, Kristina has had a deep love for horses. Her professional career as a horse trainer began in 2009, upon graduating from Meredith Manor International Equine College with Riding Master 6 and Training Level 3 Certifications. In 2015 she became a PATH-Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor and worked as an instructor and barn manager for Camelot Therapeutic Horsemanship from 2015-2019. At present, Kristina has her own training program at Bar A Ranch, while working along side Missy Gilliland as her assistant and barn manager. Kristina excels at developing and training young horses through the use of groundwork, desensitization techniques, and confidence building to create the foundation for a well-rounded dressage horse. She has earned her Bronze and Silver Medal while showcasing her talents at USDF and FEI shows, competing from Training level up to I2.

Kristina currently has an opening in her program if you are wanting to further develop your riding skills on your horse or looking to have your dressage prospect brought along in a kind, compassionate manner.
