Because having someone you love and the right teammate next to you can always stir up the motivation to build and grow in all areas of your life.

You can do so individually of course but sometimes God will orchestrate your path for you to specifically meet your person. The one anointed for you to be with because He knows you both can be more abundantly blessed and powerful together than individually.

There are endless possibilities to create generational wealth especially when a romantic partnership is ordained by God, not man, institution, social pressures, or faulty beliefs and selfish agendas like many have tended to enter marriages for generations now.

Everything is energy…

Energy is fluid. It can travel through foods, drinks, people, thoughts, words, animals, places, or things.

One of the most common carriers of energy that’s often overlooked is food and drinks.

Have you ever eaten or drank something and felt sick after?

Yes, there could be many things that can cause you to get sick when eating at a restaurant or from someone’s cooking, of course; however, don’t rule out energy.

Often assess your food and listen to your gut feeling.

People who can’t read energy often dismiss that they could become ill due to the energy in their environment, energy emitting from the company they keep, or food and drinks they accept from others.

The type of energy you carry within can either have a positive or negative effect on your physical, emotional and mental body or those around you.

Do not rule out family or loved ones.

Only because it is a spouse or relative doesn't mean their energy is positive, well-intended, or pure.

The next time you start to feel sick after eating or drinking something given to you, or simply by being around someone, assess the situation and become more aware.

Energy is so powerful it can expose someone’s hidden feelings or intentions towards you. It can reveal a lot about a person's spirit too.

If you possess the gift of visions, their intentions will immediately come to you in visions as soon as you touch the food or drink, or item given to you.

Or you can pay attention to subtleties.

Start to notice how you feel around people close or not so close to you and when you eat somebody's food.

If you feel crappy, anxious, unsettle, or have digestive issues each time you eat at a particular restaurant or from a specific person, and it happens more than once, you can rule out food poisoning or spoilage.

It could be the energy and intentions they’re putting out or, heck, something they’re adding to the food. Careful. Lol.

All in all, be safe! Treat your food sacred. Be discerning about where you get your food and who you accept food or drinks.

Even allowing people to touch your food should be a big NO.

We are born to learn and ascend our souls to higher levels of consciousness.

The earth is our school!

Always question and challenge everything; social standards, outdated belief systems, paradigms, traditions, friendships, romantic partnerships or marriages not ordained by God, toxic ties of any kind including family, religious factors or congregations, career choices, etc., and when not in alignment with the truth God (whoever a higher power is to you) has put in your heart, surrender control and let go.

When it comes to letting go of people, many have a difficult time with it because of history, memories, familiarity, money, kids, or don’t like to be alone.

Regardless of the reason, is not worth compromising your overall well-being and peace.

If children are involved, you can't be the best parental figure when you're not balance, healthy, and in a happy state yourself. You will be doing the children more harm than good in the long run by staying in an unhealthy and loveless dynamic.

A long history with someone means nothing when the connection or person is toxic and blocks your individual growth or blessings. Neither history nor having children with someone is a good enough excuse to stay or keep entertaining a toxic person or environment.

Raising children in a loveless and unhealthy home should be a motivator to let go of that situation even quicker.

So whether it's childhood friends or long term friendships, exes, a spouse that you may or may not have children with, or family members, have the willpower to cut people off and let go of unhealthy attachments.

If they are controlling, selfish, manipulative, jealous, disingenuous, childish, co-dependent, offer advice but have ulterior motives or hidden agendas, they not healing or growing themselves, and that’s possibly the reason why they don’t want you making progress in your individual life, let go of them!

Occasionally your biggest haters and secret enemies are those closest to you. It is unfortunate and difficult to phantom, but it happens.

Once upon of time, a fisherman thought he could use a beautiful, graceful, and magnetic swan 🦢 to get a duck to be on its p’s and q’s and become more like the swan, but he failed miserably.

Both the fisherman and duck were delusional because you can't compete where you don't compare —the end.
