Just a reminder that 2025 ALL dogs must maintain an 8 week or less schedule.
Not only is this mentally and emotionally beneficial for your dog but my dominate shoulder with a torn rotator cuff cannot handle the overgrowth of dogs on 9+ weeks of growth.
Thank you for your understanding!

As many of you are aware, I have restructured my business model to retain only clients who maintain a grooming schedule of 8-weeks or less.
This decision is rooted in my commitment to prioritizing the well-being of your pets as a fear-free salon. Research shows that pets who keep a consistent 8-week or less grooming schedule perceive it as a regular part of their daily routine, often enjoying the experience as much as they would a walk or any other outing.
Conversely, pets that do not have a regular grooming routine often exhibit signs of fear and stress, viewing grooming as a form of punishment.
It would be hypocritical to proudly boast about being a fear-free salon while accommodating dogs that visit only two to four times per year and are consequently fearful during their appointments.
Consistency in grooming not only alleviates anxiety and stress but can also transform the experience into a calming and enjoyable one for your pet. I engage with them using gentle touches and verbal reassurance, fostering a soothing environment that strengthens our bond and contributes to their overall happiness and well-being.
As well as can help manage shedding, reducing the hair your dog loses around your home and keeping their coat healthy and vibrant, regular grooming also is an excellent opportunity for me to inspect your dog’s skin for any issues such as rashes, dry patches, parasites, lumps, bumps, and other abnormalities. Identifying and addressing these problems early on, you can help prevent more severe health issues down the line.
As always, thank you for your continued love and loyalty and choosing me to be your pets groomer.
Much love ❤️ ~ Laska
