Im going to go over the rules of the spa one more time!
When making an appointment we notify everyone that if you are 10 minutes or more late we will reschedule you. We take one pup at a time and this rule is in place so every pup receives a private groom. The next dog in should not be pushed back because you were late. It also should not result in a 1 star review because you were late.
You must cancel within a 24 hr period of your appointment or there is a $25.00 late cancellation fee. With at least 24hr notice we can fill your spot.
A no call no show will result in a $25.00 fee and if its your first appointment booked with us we will not rebook you!
These rules are in place to ensure the spa runs smoothly and every pup receives their private groom. If you are not able to follow these rules that's ok, we are just not the groomer for you.
I also will not be bullied by anyone over these rules since they are gone over with you during booking the appointment.
