Dear Fetching Grooming Salon Family,
I want to share something deeply personal with you. Earlier this year, I lost my mother to stage 4 lung cancer — a loss that has been incredibly hard on me and my family. Now, we’re facing another heartbreaking challenge: my father has also been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and it isn't looking good.
As I focus on being there for him and my family during this time, I may be slower to respond to messages and appointment requests. Please know that I am still here and doing my best, but I kindly ask for your patience and understanding as I navigate this difficult season.

Best Grooming Salon in Scranton - Voted by Electric City
We focus on safe grooming for dogs off all ages and conditions. We are not a “show-dog” grooming facility but rather a gentle and caring grooming service to keep dogs comfortable and clean. We only groom dogs under 50 pounds and have a small number of dogs in the salon at a time. We are not a “conveyor belt” operation. Our concern is that your dogs are relaxed and safe as possible.
We require a $10. deposit per dog to book your FIRST appointment. This can be made by credit/debit, cash or Venmo. This is a non -refundable deposit should you not show to your first appointment. Afterwards, all no call/ no show appointments will be charged an extra $10 on their next visit. We deeply appreciate that you’re on time for your appointment.
Our hours of operation are from 10- 2pm. All pick ups must be made no later than 2pm. The approximate amount of time that your dog will spend with us is 1 1/2 hours.
We welcome the opportunity to groom and care for your special needs dogs, elderly, disabled or high anxiety. Some grooming salons are too busy and too noisy for certain pets. We pride ourselves on a quieter, calmer atmosphere.
Owners cannot stay with their dogs during grooming. This is non-negotiable. We are a busy grooming shop doing our best to get our canine customers out in a safe and timely manner. Owners staying are not only a distraction to us but to the dogs on the table. As we are using sharp shears and clippers to groom, the dogs’ full attention to the groomer is most important as is our concentration on them. Thank you for understanding our process.
