For all of our clients who may be unaware of these important Spa Policies.
Please Note:
🐾If your pet is potentially contagious cough, runny nose, fever, vomiting, loose bowel ,or other signs of illness
PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM!
If we note these things we reserve the right to reschedule or send pet home immediately and you will be charged a $25 service fee.
🐾All grooming fees are due at time services are rendered .
🐾All boarding fees are due at the begining of your pets stay unless prior arrangements have been discussed.
🐾 A $25 non refundable deposit is required to book your pets boarding stay. (this will be deducted from your balance due )
🐾ALL Deposits are non refundable . Boarding Dates will not be held or guaranteed witout paid deposit.
🐾You may see some minor price increases in some of our services from time to time or you may see these reflected in your billing as your pet grows into adulthood or if their grooming needs change.
We apologise for any inconvenience. Please know it is always our goal to provide professional compassionate services at an affordable price . We do our best to work with families , and maintain consistant affordable pricing , while growing a positive business structure . We greatly appreciate your continued trust and patronage .
