What a turnout! 🤩 It was a perfect celebration for Mary - simple, but surrounded by family and great friends! Thank you again for all the love and kind words! And a big thank you to Mario's Pizza & Pasta for being such gracious hosts! 💕

Friendly reminder that we are holding Mrs. Gale’s Celebration of Life this Saturday, October 5 from 2 pm to 4 pm at Mario’s in Seabrook! We would love to see everyone there to celebrate Mrs. Gale and all she means to us!

The Gale Family is so incredibly thankful for the outpouring of support we’ve received after the passing of our beloved Mrs. Gale. It means so much to us to know how loved and adored she was by the whole Seabrook community.

We do plan to have a celebration of life a little later on and will post the details as we have them.

The Gale Family is so very sad to announce the recent passing of our family matriarch, Mrs. Mary Gale. Many of you know that Mrs. Gale had been suffering from significant health issues over the past several months. Please know that Mrs. Gale considered you all much more than just customers, but part of our extended family. We’ve already received so many kind messages and prayers and we are so appreciative. We ask that you please be patient with us as we try to navigate our personal lives and business without her knowledge and guidance.

CORNBREAD DRESSING
Ingredients :
• 1 (16 ounce) package dry corn bread mix
• 2 tablespoons butter
• ½ cup chopped celery
• 1 onion
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 2 cups chicken stock
• 2 tablespoons dried sage
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions :
Prepare the dry corn bread mix according to package directions. Cool and crumble.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and saute the celery and onion until soft.
In a large bowl, combine the celery, onions, 3 cups crumbled corn bread, eggs, chicken stock, sage and salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
Place into prepared dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
