🦃We want to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving and remind you that the shop will be closed tomorrow & Friday.🦃

I plan to return the blankets that were picked up on 11/18 on Monday, 12/1. Right now, I only have to stop at Masts & Gay's. If you'd like to drop off blankets at one of our other 3 locations for pickup, please let me know before Monday.

Shop hours are now by appointment only; do not assume I am at the shop, and call five minutes before showing up. Please call ahead of time and schedule a time to come by to guarantee that I will be there. If you just need to drop off blankets, you can do that anytime by leaving them in the bin.

🍁Fall Updates! Please read🍁

📢We have received many inquiries about whether we are still accepting blankets. YES!! We absolutely are. Although we are now in what we refer to as the off-season, our services continue. Turnaround time is 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your blanket's individual needs.

📣Effective Monday, 11/24, we will transition to off-season hours, and services will be available by appointment only. Clients may continue to drop off blankets at any time via the designated bin at our shop or call/text before heading over.

🚙Additionally, our local pick-up route will be revised. We will now visit locations solely when there are blankets scheduled for return or known items to be collected. The biweekly schedule will no longer be in effect. Announcements will be made before each planned route; if you wish to have your blankets picked up from a drop-off location, please contact us in advance.

🚨Beginning mid-December, our pick-up route will be suspended until March. During this interval, we kindly request that blankets be brought directly to our shop in Seaford or to Coastal Equine in Georgetown.

🧵We are looking to add another Seamstress to our team. If you or someone you know has experience sewing(it doesn't have to be horse blankets), please reach out to us. We would love to talk with you.

We're back on the road tomorrow, 11/18.
I'm only planning on stopping at Masts (A), Traveled Lane (B) & G**s (E) to drop off and pick up blankets. First stop won't be before 10. You don't have to let me know if you are dropping off blankets at either of those 3 locations unless you have more than 10 blankets.

If you would like to drop off at either of our other 2 locations (C & D), please let me know, and I will add them back to the route for tomorrow.

11/04/2025

We will be back on the road Friday 11/7. All blankets that were picked up on 10/23 are finished, and invoices have been sent. Please check your emails. Our first stop is Masts, not before 10. Please let me know if you're planning on dropping at any of our locations. Make sure your bags are labeled with forms included and filled out with your blankets. For the fastest turnaround, bringing them to the shop is best.

We are back on the road on Thursday 10/23. Going to all the stops: Masts, Traveled Lane, MacGlashan's, Little Park & G**s Seafood.

I'm anticipating picking up close to a full load, if you are wanting to drop off and haven't already talked to me please reach out with how many you want to drop so I can be sure to accomodate everyones blankets. - Thank you!

Shop updates:

We are now working at a 2-3 week turnaround time. For fastest service bring your blankets to the shop or Coastal Equine. We only go on the road every other week, and a reminder that no blankets are returned until payments are received.

Hours are Mon - Thurs 10am - 4pm, Fri & weekends by appointment only. It's always best to reach out before coming to the shop even during open hours. I could be on the road or dealing with an emergency.

We're splitting up the local pickup route for this week. Tomorrow, 9/11, we'll be picking up from Masts and Traveled Lane only. Please have your blankets at either location by 10am.

On Monday 9/15 we'll be going to G**s and Little Park Farm

Please remember we are still on a 4-5 week turnaround time frame. The blankets that were picked up on 8/28 are being washed this week.

Thank you to everyone who reached out about what you were dropping and where! This is the first pick up trip where there were no surprises and I wasn't worried about fitting everything in the durango or having to make a 2nd trip the next day. This is why it's so important to let me know beforehand so I can plan accordingly!

We will NOT be stopping at Travel Lane this week, as they are closed all week and into the first half of next week.

I am expecting a near-full load already. If you have not discussed dropping off blankets at any of our locations with me, please do so before you drop them off. Depending on the quantity you have, we may have to ask you to hold off till the next pickup in 2 weeks. As always, you can bring them to the shop or drop them off at Coastal Equine, but do let us know that you are dropping there so I can pick them up quickly.
