Foxy is one of the dogs that really struggles in the shelter environment. She is extremely anxious and nervous and shakes and pants in her kennel. She's an extremely sweet, gentle, and loving girl, and being in the shelter is very detrimental to her. Foxy is 3 years old and weighs 38 pounds. She is heartworm negative, spayed, good on leash, and appears to be housetrained. She will be microchipped at the time of adoption.

Mia is declining more and more every day she is here. She won't get out of bed and is only eating small amounts. John is doing much better and is just happy to get attention.
At 10 years old, Mia and John were both surrendered to the shelter through no fault of their own. They have lived together their entire lives, and we would really like to try and keep them together. They are not good with dogs but are very friendly and sweet with people. They have been spayed/neutered, tested FeLV/FIV-negative, and are used to being inside.

Arnie is a funny and playful young cat with loads of personality! He's guaranteed to make you laugh and will make sure you're never bored. He's not a fan of dogs. Arnie is ~5 1/2 months old, has tested FeLV/FIV-negative, and has been neutered.

Lenny is missing the warmer weather and getting to play in the pool! He loves the water and is always ready to square up with the water hose. Lenny is a fun tug and ball chasing champ! He has lots of energy and is very playful. He gets along with some dogs but can be dominant. He has tested very well with cats. Lenny is 2 years old and weighs 57 pounds. Look at that nub go! Spice is a bit timid initially, but such a sweet girl once she gets to know you! She has a super personality and will really shine once she gains some confidence. Faith is one of the dogs really struggling in her kennel, but when you get her out she is the SWEETEST girl around and the best snuggler. She's great at playing fetch and a perfect lapdog. Faith can jump a 4 foot fence. She is not good with cats and hasn't had luck making friends with other dogs yet. Faith is 3-4 years old and weighs 52 pounds. She is heartworm negative, spayed, and will be microchipped at the time of adoption. Please be aware of any BSL in your area prior to applying.

Tomorrow will mark 9 months of living in the shelter for Cassie. This video is from August when we celebrated her first birthday. She has spent more of her life in the shelter than she has ever gotten to spend in a home with a family. Concrete floors and metal walls are more familiar to her than a couch or soft bed
Cassie is a sweet girl. She loves attention and is very cuddly and affectionate. She needs some help learning not to jump but is a quick learner. She gets along well with most other dogs. She has tested okay with dog-savvy cats; she can come on a little strong. Cassie is 1+ and weighs 45 pounds. She is heartworm negative, spayed, and will be microchipped at the time of adoption.
