10/4, 3:40 PM UPDATE!!! WE WILL BE OPENING TONIGHT, AT 7PM!

A TECHNICIAN WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PHONE TRIAGE AT 5:30, BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING PATIENTS UNTIL 7PM.

WE WILL BE CLOSED TONIGHT, FRIDAY 10/4!

A technician will be available for phone triage overnight, but we are unable to see patients. We will resume normal hours tomorrow, Saturday at 8 am, and will be open through the rest of the weekend.

We apologize for the significant inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

ATTENTION: Our doctor will be out of the office next week: July 30-Aug 2. We will have coverage on Wednesday and coverage for emergency care Friday morning. The office will be open and we will have technicians available to answer questions and direct you to the appropriate care centers. If there is care needed outside of that time frame, please contact Eastern Maine Emergency Veterinary Clinic or Midcoast Animal Emergency Clinic.

UPDATE: If you are located SOUTH of us, we encourage you to drive south to Maine Veterinary Medical Center, Portland Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Care Or try to get an appointment with PetMedic Urgent Vet Care Clinic - Freeport. We have several critical patient and many sedated procedures already as of 10am!

‼️Due to a combination of multiple sedated procedures and low staff numbers due to illness, we will likely have longer than average wait times. We are working as quickly as possible with our small crew. We appreciate your kindness and patience. ‼️

Yes it is warm outside, but our dogs still need soft, comfy bedding to sleep and rest on! While we do reuse and wash everything that we possibly can, we're creeping into the busiest time of the year, which means we go through bedding MUCH faster.

Sheets, comforters, blankets, pillow cases, you name it, we'll use it! The only items we don't accept when it comes to bedding are pillows (can't properly sanitize in our washers) and electric blankets. Our feline friends are also low on cat toys!

If you've got any you'd like to donate to us, please feel free to bring them to 693 Mt. Hope Ave, Bangor. Bring them inside during business hours (1-6pm Mon-Fri and 12-6pm Saturday) or leave them on our covered porch and our staff will bring them inside as soon as we are able.

7/9/24- We will be working with limited staff overnight and will be closing after 12am to new patients so the limited team we have will be able to focus on hospitalized patients. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will update if anything changes.

We will be closing at 5 on Tuesday July 2nd, and be closed all day on Thursday July 4th. We will resume with our normal scheduled hours on July 5th.

Hi friends! Since everyone has been so generous with donations lately we figured we'd ask for some help! We are looking to switch cleaning products to the brand "Rescue", so if anyone is able to donate some to us it would be greatly appreciated! It comes in liquid form and in wipe form. Closure updates!
We will be closed Monday may 27th for Memorial Day, and
will be closing at 5pm on Tuesday May 28th.
Just a reminder tomorrow May 23rd we will be doing an update on our computers and will not be able to access our computer system, we will still be here for simple tech appointments and to answer your phone calls.

Next Thursday May 23rd our computer system will be down the majority of the day for an upgrade. If you need any medication refilled, or need to schedule an appointment, please call the day before. We will be here to answer phones and answer any questions you may have.
