JMM Rescue is an Oregon-based rescue saving dogs in Oregon and California. JMM, Just Manifesting Miracles' long-term goal is to build a facility to help house rescue dogs in need and rehab them as well as offer a community for homeless veterans and any other homeless who want to get their lives back on track learning skills needed in the rescue. ARLO!

ADOPT ME! I HEAR YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT ME!

So Cal! Available thru JMM Rescue!

Arlo (and his brother Finn) are ready for adoption (separately!) Arlo is a mystery mutt. We guessed chi corgi at first, but they seem to have outgrown the chi part, we've considered Basenji, Shepherd, Min Pin, and more but the truth is we really don't know. 🤣 We think they will be medium sized (45ish pounds) but we're not making any promises at this point. Arlo is fixed, vaccinated and microchipped. He's about 4.5 months old.

Arlo has been raised with dogs of all sizes. He gets along with them all. He's very happy go lucky. He loves to play. Working on his housetraining but getting there. He does pretty well on leash and loves to go to Starbucks! Crate trained! They ignore the cats in the foster home and they should be fine with kids.

BILLY NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME! Such a sweet boy!!!

SO CAL OR WILL CONSIDER ADOPTERS IN NEARBY AREAS/STATES

I really need some help with this cutie! He's only about 30 pounds (think Cocker Spaniel/Shiba Inu). He's a little over 1 year old as far as we know. We have no idea what his breed mix is, but likely cattle dog and a lot of other things!

Billy needs someone who will give him some structure, who has some patience. He's been in a number of different fosters and his behavior has varied from one place to another. One thing he consistently is is Sweet. He's just a little lover boy and I really hate to stick him in boarding which is where he's headed next week.

So the good about Billy is he's loving, he's good with 99% of the dogs he's met, he's good with humans. He seems to like kids. The confusing part of Billy is that at some places he's been very good with his housetraining and at others he's not. At some places he's barely chewed anything and at others he seems to get into a lot of things. He doesn't love being crated but he's been crated in multiple locations and he will deal with it especially if other dogs are crated around him.

Billy loves playing with the hose and toys. He's good at puzzles. He's fixed, vaccinated, and microchipped. He's available thru JMM Rescue. Application and small adoption fee required or you can foster for free and we cover the medical and any supplies you need!

ADOPT ME!
NOVA! (Male)

So Cal! Available thru JMM Rescue!

Nova is a sweet dude who is looking for his forever home. He is a larger Terrier mix (probably about 25 pounds) so still considered a small to medium sized dog. He will be fixed mid November but can go to a foster to adopt situation now or an adapter after He's fixed. He will also be vaccinated and microchipped.

His foster says this about him:

Nova

At about a year old and 25-30 lbs he is FULL of energy at and thinks he’s a lap dog but will take up 3/4 of a recliner.
Nova thrives on attention. A good praise and a treat go a long way with him.
Needs more potty training but getting it. Important that he goes out IMMEDIATELY in the morning or it sets a precedent for the rest of the day.
When he first arrived he chewed on a rattan chest I have (others have in the past so maybe he was drawn to the smell of others doing it too) but that has stopped completely by squirts from a water bottle. He wants to please you and loves the praise he gets when he does something good or cute.
He would do well with kids I think. No experience with cats here. Would want to sleep on a bed with someone at night but currently is crated since I have other smaller ones that sleep with me. He does have sone separation anxiety sometimes but is fine when he hears the car start. I do crate him when I leave “just in case”.

Nova did really well at our adoption event meeting new people and hanging out with a lot of commotion going on. He will be a great addition for a family or person!

SARAH!

Sarah is looking for her forever home. She's a Dachshund who recently had puppies. She will be fixed mid November but can go to a foster to adopt situation now or an adapter after she's fixed. She is also vaccinated and microchipped. She's a petite little girl!

We think she's somewhere between 2 and 4 years old. Her foster says this about her:

What a funny quirky little girl. Full of energy especially after a full belly. She’s a constant player with anything and everything. Plays rough with larger dogs and can hold her own. She will eat anything including lemons out of my ice tea. Enjoys morning coffee so be sure to keep it out of her reach.
She’s potty trained unless she’s mad (at me) then she heads for my bed to leave her message. Bath time and nail trimming puts her in a bad mood so she pouts. But she’s a fun, loving, kissy kissy, curl up with you on the couch or snuggle tightly in bed kind of lady. She’s very affectionate.
Ears flop all the time and when you talk to her and she is cocking her head from side to side it’s cute to see those ears stay flopped.

JMM Rescue will be at Guitars & Cars on Saturday 9/28 from 9am to 2pm with some or all of these cute adoptable!

We will also be selling a number of items to raise funds for rescue. Dog clothes and costumes, dog harnesses especially suited to Frenchies or similar body styles, handmade wreaths and Christmas Stockings, dog bandanas (if I can find them), Scentsy products, little gift baskets, and some other random things like a dog cot, an automated pet feeder, and an electronic fence system.

The clothes are super cute. Mostly in medium and small sizes, but a few could fit a medium large dog. I'll try to post some pics.

This is a great event that not only benefits our dog rescue, but also supports some incredible things that are going on at March Air Reserve Base to support veterans and their families! If you haven't seen what's going on at the base for awhile, it really is worth a look!

So come on out and join us for some good fun for a great cause this Saturday!

Cheeto got a lion cut! (And he fell asleep during the process!

CHEETO! FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA!

Cheeto is approximately 8 months old. He's a pomsky as best we can tell but he's a small guy and we don't expect he'll get big. He loves other dogs of all sizes. Not positive how he is with cats but we can test him if needed. He's fine with kids. He's housetrained with only an occasional accident if he's not able to get outside.

He's fixed, chipped, and current on core vaccines. He is available through JMM Rescue.

These cute boys are about 8 to 9 weeks old. They are still learning all the things. We'd like to keep them together for another few weeks. They are in process of getting vaccines and will be neutered before adoption finalized.

The 3 Little Survivors!

As you might know, JMM Rescue took in a Dachshund trio including one pregnant female who gave birth a day (or 2) later.
The boys were 2 weeks old yesterday (born 7/14). We're all still sad about Teeny Betty not making it, but focused on our little nuggets and Momma.

The bill for Betty was about $1300. Any help getting this paid off is so greatly appreciated.

HAPPY HOLIDAY ADOPTION!!! Rosa (aka one of the car dogs) has found her forever forever home. She took to these people so quickly and she's even good with the cat. It just warms our hearts so much when that connection is made. That's one of the many reasons we back our dogs for life.
