Photos from Friday’s mini harvest! We harvested Lower Salmon River squash, Hopi Black Dye sunflowers, and our first ear of Hopi Turquoise flint corn! Join Food Sovereignty Liaison Sarai Mayer, Co-Lead Kariel Galbraith, and volunteers from wǝɫǝbʔaltxʷ this Saturday 10/15 from 10am-2pm at the Native Garden to harvest corn and ceremonial to***co! 🌻🌾🌽

Na'ah Illahee Fund and Seattle Parks and Recreation are offering another 5-week Land & Trail Restoration training program for Indigenous folks in King Co, which includes a $500 stipend and any outdoor equipment needed to work (boots, rain gear, etc.) The program runs on consecutive Thursdays and starts July 8th.
