During the 2018-2019 school year Resting Waters Founder Joslin Roth hosted an international student named Karam from Palestine. He attended Chief Sealth High School where he thrived. We are now desperately trying to get him out of Gaza and back to Seattle where Joslin’s family will host him once again so that he can receive a college degree. He was in his junior year of college when his university was bombed losing all of his college credits. The proceeds from this gofundme will also pay to get his 4 syblings (ages 4-14) his parents and his grandmother safely to Egypt. They all deserve to live and continue on with their lives. Please consider donating!

🖤🐶 October: Shattering Myths and Embracing Beauty 🌟🏡
Hey, compassionate souls! October is not just about spooky tales, it's also National Adopt a Shelter Dog Month - a time to debunk myths and spotlight the unseen beauty in our furry friends! 🐾✨
Did you know that black animals, especially dogs, face unfair prejudices due to outdated beliefs associated with superstitions and witchcraft? It's time to break free from these stigmas and focus on the true magic of love and companionship that our four-legged pals bring into our lives. 🌌🔮
Another challenge these amazing black dogs face is being less photogenic, making it harder to showcase their unique personalities through photos. We think these dogs did a great job in front of the camera! Let's change this narrative! 📸💔
