Every weekday morning at the office after I lift weights I eat my homemade chicken salad: chopped chicken, celery, LOTS of onion, 7 crushed/diced garlic cloves, avocado oil mayo, but the KEY is the microgreens. 1 full ounce of pea shoots microgreens ripped up and stirred in, then 1 full ounce of broccoli microgreens, drizzled gradually atop every bite. Other than maybe ice cream, frosted flakes and cheesecake, I put crazy amounts of microgreens on EVERY MEAL-all things savory! If I for some reason had to stop, I would maybe cry. ;) You might be thinking, "that sounds wonderful but that is probably so expensive." Not with Seattle Magic Greens microgreens it's not! ;) P.S. this is a turkey salad I've been trying for the first time since we cooked ANOTHER turkey after thanksgiving at huge discount, delicious too! ;)
