Brushing your pet's teeth can seem daunting but if you start slow, we promise you can do it. Dental disease is one of the most common issues pets face and good oral health is crucial to keeping your pet pain-free!

Do you have any hacks that have helped you brush your pets teeth?

๐Ÿฆท February is National Pet Dental Health Month! Did you know that good oral care is just as, or even more, important for our furry friends?

It's estimated 80% of pets over the age of 3 have some degree of dental disease. A disease, that if left untreated, can spread bacteria through the bloodstream effecting the heart, kidneys, and liver.

Good dental health habits should be introduced to your pet as young as two months old - starting with gentle introduction to brushing their teeth. Throughout your pet's life, it's crucial for your pet to receive professional dental exams to identify potential issues before they become larger problems. Once your pet is three years of age, professional cleanings by your veterinarian are crucial to deal with the stubborn disease that over lives under pet's gums.

We're here for all your dental questions - what would you like to know about your pet's oral health?
