Elliott Bay Animal Hospital is currently seeking a full-time client care coordinator to join our team. We are a progressive, veterinarian owned, seven-doctor, AAHA-accredited hospital seeking an extraordinary person with amazing customer service skills who enjoys working with both people and animals in a fast paced and cooperative environment!

The client care coordinator provides the first and last impression of our hospital. They must have exceptional client service skills and maintain a sense of team work at all times. They must also be able to prioritize, multitask with numerous interruptions, and have the ability to communicate directly and professionally, acting as a liaison between clients and doctors. A typical day includes scheduling and confirming appointments, handling intake and discharge of patients, answering multiple phone lines, managing medical records, documenting medical information according to AAHA standards, and assisting the pharmacy and treatment teams as needed. Try your hand (and your pet’s paw) at pawprint art. Just choose your color, dip her paw, make a print, and then create a flower. We’re having a photo contest, and winners get a gift card!

Paint is, of course, non-toxic. And we have baby wipes for easy clean up.
