Message from Finder: Just spotted this kitty on NW 57th in Ballard between 24th Ave NW and NW 58th. I dropped a pin where I saw him. He/she was super friendly but started walking up steps so I think it may have been someone's outdoor cat. Posting in here just in case he/she is somebody's!

Description: Gray and white cat. Right side of face had more gray.

Description: Fairly small (potentially an adolescent?) female cat. Long hair, mostly black with some white patches on chest and feet. Very sweet, friendly, energetic, and vocal. She cried outside our door all Sunday night (5/26/24). Took her to the vet and there is a microchip, but no one has been able to get in contact with the owner.

Earlier this week we had the pleasure of meeting with the new Veterinary Emergency Group location in Interbay. They are really great! 24 hour emergency only hospital who will even let you stay overnight with your pet. Also, they have a 24-hour helpline where you speak directly with a veterinarian who can help you to determine if your pet's situation is an immediate emergency or whether the situation permits you to wait until your regular vet is open. Definitely keep them in mind in case of emergency.
