🐾 Meet Kurt, a handsome 5-year-old Husky/Malamute mix with a heart that’s just beginning to heal. This big, beautiful boy likely spent most of his life surviving on the streets — so things like soft beds, gentle hands, and the feel of a leash are still very new to him. 🥺🛏️

But despite his rough past, Kurt is learning to trust. He’s starting to lean into affection and is showing us he wants to connect. 💛 A calm voice, a kind hand, and a tasty treat go a long way with this sweet soul.

🏡 Kurt is looking for a quiet, peaceful home — no young kids or loud environments, please. He’ll need time to adjust, but with patience and love, he will blossom into the most loyal, gentle companion you could ask for.

🐾 Meet Blackjack & Togo – A Bonded Pair Looking for Their Second Chance at Love 💕

Togo (6️⃣ years old) and his best buddy Blackjack (7️⃣ years old) were living their best lives in a loving home—until sadly, their beloved owner passed away. These two sweet boys are now looking for a new furever home where they can once again feel safe, loved, and cherished. 🏡

🐶 About Togo:
Togo is the more outgoing of the two when meeting new people. Though a little cautious at first, it doesn’t take him long to warm up once he realizes there’s attention and affection waiting for him. 💖 He loves playing with toys, but his favorite activity is coming back to you for pets and cuddles. 🐕‍🦺 Togo especially enjoys being brushed — it feels good and means extra love! Larger than Blackjack, Togo may look like a big guy, but he’s truly just a gentle giant.

🐕 About Blackjack:
Though a bit more reserved than Togo at first, Blackjack is a loyal and loving companion once he feels comfortable. He enjoys being brushed and petted. He loves going for walks and does well on car rides. As part of this bonded duo, he brings a calm, sweet presence that beautifully balances Togo’s more outgoing personality. 🐾 Together, they make the perfect team. 💫

Meet Chipmunk – the goofiest, most playful Husky/Malamute mix you’ll ever meet! 🐾🎉

At around 2 years old, Chipmunk is still very much a pup at heart. Everything is a game to this silly boy, and you’ll definitely have to earn his attention—he lives for entertainment. Whether it's getting leashed up or coming in from the yard, Chipmunk turns every moment into a fun little chase. 🐕💨 But don’t worry—once you catch him, he’ll reward you with those classic husky cuddles. 🥰

If you’re one of his favorites, he might even let you catch him early for extra scratches! 🐶💕 Despite his mischievous streak, Chipmunk is actually fantastic with new people. 👋 He’s a volunteer favorite for walks and usually does well on leash—though he might give a bark or two, he’s easily redirected and happy to keep moving. 🚶‍♂️🐾

Chipmunk isn’t quite sure what to make of other dogs yet. 🐕‍🦺 Whether it’s his unique look or bold husky personality, some dogs just don’t get him—but with the right match (a friendly, easygoing dog), he could absolutely thrive. 🐾💛

Affectionately called “Chippy” by staff, this bright, goofy guy is a total joy at the shelter, and we know he’ll bring endless laughs and love to the right home. 💫 If you’re looking to add a little comedy and chaos (the fun kind!) to your life, Chipmunk is your guy. 🤪🐶

At 8 years young, this sweet, smart boy is all about scenic strolls, chill car rides (ears flapping = pure bliss), and showing off his many tricks—he knows how to hug, kiss, and even dance! 🕺

Hades has an impressive vocabulary and knows a wide range of commands:
✔️ Basic ones like sit, down, and stay
💞 Loving ones like hug, kiss, and cuddle
🎉 And fun ones like dance and go through—where he runs through your legs like a tunnel!

He’s eager to interact, loves to learn, and will keep you entertained for hours with his smarts and charm.

Don’t let his age fool you—Hades still has a lot of puppy energy and a playful spirit! He gets along well with other large dogs and may enjoy living with a canine companion. That said, he’d also be perfectly happy as your one-and-only, soaking up all your love and attention.

Hades is a true country boy at heart. City noise? No thanks. He thrives in a quiet, cozy home with birdsong, fresh air, and peaceful vibes.

🚨 URGENT SHORT-TERM FOSTER NEEDED!🚨

A loving foster home is desperately needed for Kia‘i (pronounced kee-ah-ee, Hawaiian for guardian) for approximately 30–60 days. Her owner is relocating overseas and needs a short-term foster to help make this transition as smooth and stress-free as possible for Kia‘i. The main window needed is December, but any help within that timeframe would be greatly appreciated.

🐾 About Kia‘i:

75 lb Shepherd/Malamute/Husky mix

Abandoned before being rescued; has lived with her current owner for 9 months

Excellent with other dogs — very social, submissive with larger or older dogs

Gentle, docile, and well-behaved

Communicates a little but is not overly vocal

Potty trained — will sit quietly by the door when she needs to go out

Eats raw diet, freeze-dried raw, or organic kibble

🏡 Foster Needs:

A home with another friendly dog is ideal to keep her socialized and emotionally supported

Someone who can help ensure she does not feel abandoned during this transition

Her owner will cover all expenses, including vet care at her current clinic in Gig Harbor, WA, or any necessary urgent care.

Kia‘i is a truly sweet soul who just needs a safe, loving place while her owner finalizes international relocation and transportation arrangements. Open to foster located in OR or WA state.
