My two chihuhuas, Meg & Gigi hated their nails cut and would get very aggressive and and would even try to bite the pet groomer. Out of desperation, I tried making my a legs free pet carrier that I could hung on a doorknob to cut their nails myself. I found that it worked and from then on I could trim their nails in peace.
