Meet the Paw Spa Team:
Angie Hofeldt-Hall: Angie has been grooming pets since attending the Michigan School of Canine Cosmetology in 2000. She moved to Seattle in 2001 after being hired at Crown Hill Veterinary Hospital. In 2004, she started grooming at PJ's Paws and Claws. When PJ's closed in 2012, she couldn't bear to leave her wonderful clients (both with fur and without!). She decided to open the Magnolia Paw Spa along with her partner, Jason. Angie regularly attends seminars and trade shows to continue her education and knowledge in the grooming field. Angie loves to groom all breeds of dogs and cats!
Jason Hall: Jason is Angie's husband, business partner and bather. He has been working with pets for over 10 years. He met Angie in 2001 while working at Crown Hill Vet Hospital. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, reading and riding around on his scooter. He lives in Ballard with Angie where they dote on their Pom-Chi, Howie.
Jennifer Tobey: Jennifer has been grooming since 2006. She has an amazing love of animals and a special soft spot for senior pets. Jennifer enjoys keeping up on all that is happening in the local pet community. She also enjoys attending grooming shows and seminars. She loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking and spending time with her two dogs, Fonzie & Gizmo.
Carlie Phillips: Carlie has over 10 years of experience working with all types of animals and joined the Paw Spa team as a bather/brusher in May of 2015. She has a cat named Bugeria and a cute, little 5lb Chiweenie named Mena. She has a soft spot for Rotties and in her free time, she likes to paint and drink frappuccino'sβ.
Autumn Ritchie: Autumn joined the Paw Spa team as a bather/receptionist in December 2017. Originally from Walla Walla, she moved up to Seattle in 2015 with her husband and two Miniature Australian Shepherds, Camo and Chai. She brings to the table a deep understanding of dog breeds, behavior and handling. Prior to working at The Paw Spa, Autumn worked at several different dog daycares in the area. Besides her obsession with all things dog, she somehow finds time to have a passion for makeup, video games and gardening.
Madison Nettles: Madison joined The Paw Spa as a groomer in May 2018 and brings with her high recommendations from former clientele. With 3 years of grooming experience, and 1 year of bathing prior to that, Maddy is knowledgeable and compassionate with dogs and people alike. An outdoors enthusiast, she takes any chance she can to get away to hike, fish and/or camp. When she's not out in the wilderness with her Husky, Shadow, Maddy enjoys spending those long summer nights out in downtown Ballard visiting the many breweries.
