Aquarium Zen is inspired by nature and hopes to share with our customers an appreciation for the wonders of life on earth. Aquascaping is a creative form of aquarium design that utilizes plants, fish and natural materials like wood and stone to create living art. We will also do our small part in protecting the earth's biodiversity with education and raising funds for rainforest conservation.

I’m hosting a mini medaka pond workshop at Aquarium Zen next Saturday from 7-8:30. Registration fee is $150 and includes a 9 gallon lily tub, one marginal pond plant, oxygenating stem plants, floating plants, three medaka fish, expert guidance and a tour of Steve’s rooftop medaka garden.
