The Barking Lounge provides dogs with supervised playcare 24-hours a day. The Barking Lounge® provides dogs with supervised dog daycare 24-hours a day.

Our focus is on creating a safe, secure, and fun environment in which your pooch will interact, learn and play with other dogs under the close supervision of our trained staff. We are conveniently located

in the heart of South Lake Union and Downtown Seattle with easy access to I-5 and Hwy 99/ Aurora Ave. As our guest, your pooch will spend the day playing with its peers in either the "Big Dog" or "Small or Shy Dog" off-leash play areas, and at any time your dog can choose to relax in a "Quiet Corner". Our overnight guests will snooze in our deluxe canine condos, cozy doggie dens, and spacious pooch runs with staff supervision, and in addition to playing with the daycare dogs, will get some outside time in our Outdoor Area in both the morning and the evening. Our professional dog daycare staff monitor all of our canine guests and provide personalized care and attention, all the while making sure that the "pack" dynamics and socialization remain safe and positive. In addition to offering your pooch 24-Hour Playcare, The Barking Lounge also provides Dog Bathing and Nail Trim Services, and Unique Pet Supplies (food, treats, toys, leashes, etc.).

🐶❤ ADOPT ME 🐶❤ Meet Barking Lounge foster dog, Sunny! This super sweet girl is quick to make furry friends - her favorite cuddle buddy is a ferret! Once she warms up to new people, she is super friendly and affectionate with her human friends as well.

She’s about 10 mos old, spayed, 35 pounds, great with dogs, kids, and is looking for her forever home!

Her new parents will be eligible for a free 5 day playcare package from The Barking Lounge, a free congrats Pup Cake from Barkery, and a free pet exam from Urban Animal!

One of our Barking Lounge foster dogs, Manny, has one wish - to find a home for the holidays. This 2 year old little sweetie gets along great with people, kids, dogs, & cats. He was rescued in Mexico by Tragic to Magic Foundation, where he was found weak and malnourished scavenging for food in a trash dump. He was nursed back to health and then whisked away on a journey to Seattle in order find his forever home. We have loved having this great little pooch staying with us, but sadly not a single person has come in to meet him since he arrived in August. Perhaps this little stocking stuffer sized pooch is just the holiday miracle your home needs? Or someone you know? Please share! INTRODUCING: Sarnita & Mackie! 🐶🐕 Our Barking Lounge Foster Dogs arrived from Mexico late Friday night. All four (Sarnita, Mackie, Jeffrey, & Mommy) passed their temperament tests and play with our Small & Shy dogs.
