From time packaged to time received next Wed, according to UPS, an entire week has passed. Most shippers use quicker shipping. How can fish survive a week in the box? Thank you, Kenneth

Hi Kenneth,
I see there was an obvious error made when generating your label for this, your fourth order from us. It surprises me that you would say: "Most shippers use quicker shipping.", when you KNOW I am usually one of those shippers. Obviously, I generated the wrong label for this order. The previous three orders you received from us were shipped appropriately. There is a good chance the fish will survive the trip for a week or MORE. I have had fish mis delivered at times or, not picked up by customers from the Post office and returned to me after 6, yes SIX weeks later, still ALIVE! So, temperature is the biggest issue with how long the fish will survive in their bag. SIMPLY LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY ARRIVE AND THEIR CONDITION AND I WILL REPLACE ANY THAT DO NOT ARRIVE ALIVE.

Now I am informed that delivery date is May 25! I know you do the best you can and deliveries can experience problems, but local UPS had the fish in Concord where they deliver to my address and now transferred them to USPS. May 25 means 10 days since packed on 15th. Thank you, Kenneth

First we had long delivery problem. Package just arrived. Order was for variety of 3 Swordtails. One female was in the bag, only. Please rectify the situation. I am return customer and this is the only problem order from this seller. Sometimes, things just go wrong. But, I do want the other two swords and at least one being male. Thank you,

Kenneth,
You are a return customer and we do appreciate your orders. However, being a return customer and having received quality fish and service from us in the past, I believe a little courtesy and respect is in order. Why would you NOT simply call me on the phone to discuss this order? I have communicated with you often, providing you with all of our direct contact information. When someone buys fish from me, they become more than just a customer. I have a vested interest in seeing that you are happy with what you chose me to provide to you. I appreciate direct and courteous communication to continue to provide to you all the fish and assistance I can provide to you. I will be awaiting a direct phone call or your visit to our website to contact us directly to discuss options in this matter. It would seem that since I did ship 3 swordtails in the bag, that the delay in transit has caused two of them to perish and possibly be eaten by the third. But, there were three in the bag when they left, so I did not send you just 1 swordtail. Call me and we will arrange for new ones to be sent.

Kenneth I am saddened to read this:

I try to communicate thoroughly with MY customers. I TRY to provide quality products and good reliable service. I TRY to develop a relationship with my buyers, who, share a love of tropical fish, as I do. It really saddens me when someone, who had enough intelligence to purchase something from me in the first place, can't bring themselves to contact me and communicate as a respectful, considerate human being. I am not someone you should fear. I am not someone who is trying to 'get one over on you'. I am not someone who hates customers. I LOVE customers! I want to help my customers! Why do you despise me? This is the message I received after the delivery delay by the carrier:
First we had long delivery problem. Package just arrived. Order was for variety of 3 Swordtails. One female was in the bag, only. Please rectify the situation. I am return customer and this is the only problem order from this seller. Sometimes, things just go wrong. But, I do want the other two swords and at least one being male. Thank you,
You can see that the wording you used in the message would lead me to believe that you did not even think you were writing directly to me as you state: "I am return customer and this is the only problem order from this seller." It seems to me, that if you thought you were writing to me, you would have simply said: "I am return customer and this is the only problem order from YOU." I know, this ALL seems trivial to you and I am sure it seems trivial to all customers who write to me in such a manner. But, I do see this enough to realize that society is collapsing and big sites like Amazon are only speeding the fall of our society. People do not communicate with one another any longer, and it is scary.
I will send you 2 more Swordtails as you request. I just wish you had been friendlier and more respectful of our past transactions and the relationship we had developed over the past months.
When a buyer receives an order from us, the order is well packaged and shipped in the most economical and most reliable way. We include ALL of our DIRECT contact information with each order. These are LIVE fish. Amazon does not know anything about LIVE Fish. They do not know how to ship LIVE Fish. Why would you contact Amazon about your order of LIVE Fish? Contact us directly so we can help you. If you "Request Return" through Amazon, that is what I will make you do. If you cannot communicate with us directly, and you think Amazon is your best course of action, then, by all means, contact Amazon and complete your "return" send us back our shipping box, which takes a lot of time and effort to put together. If you simply call us, we can quickly reship another fish out to you, or send you a refund.
